We recently had the pleasure of redesigning the official website for JFK – Jingumae Real Estate Co., Ltd., a real estate company based in the heart of Jingumae, Shibuya, Tokyo.

Built with WordPress, the new site features five unique mascot characters inspired by real estate company’s staff. These playful figures appear throughout the pages, adding a lively and welcoming touch to the user experience. The website also makes rich use of animations, creating a dynamic and enjoyable browsing experience.

The company’s signature shocking pink is used as an accent colour, giving the website a bold and recognisable visual identity. Property listings are managed through a user-friendly post format, allowing easy updates directly from the admin panel. Each listing can be tagged freely, making it simple for users to filter and search based on their preferences—by area, features, mood, and more.
