▽ Project Overview

We were commissioned by Shonan International to design their Halloween & Christmas 2026 Catalogue.
Created to showcase a wide range of seasonal products for Halloween and Christmas, the catalogue was designed not only to highlight the appeal of each product, but also to make browsing through the pages an enjoyable and engaging experience.

▽ The Challenge

As the catalogue features products from multiple brands, one of the key challenges was to maintain a cohesive seasonal theme while allowing each brand to retain its own distinctive identity and visual character.
With a large number of products featured throughout the catalogue, it was also important to avoid a repetitive layout and create a sense of variety that would keep readers engaged from beginning to end.

▽ Our Approach

While maintaining Halloween and Christmas as the overarching seasonal themes, we developed a different design approach for each featured brand.
Colours, layouts and visual elements were carefully tailored to reflect each brand’s individual character and target audience, allowing their products to be presented in a way that best communicates their unique appeal.
Beyond simply showcasing the products, we aimed to capture the excitement and anticipation of the festive seasons throughout the entire catalogue.

▽ Design Highlights

Each page features a different layout and visual presentation, creating an experience reminiscent of turning the pages of a picture book.
While respecting the individual visual identity of each brand, we carefully balanced the designs to maintain consistency throughout the catalogue as a whole.
Particular attention was also given to the relationship between imagery and product information, ensuring that each product is presented attractively while keeping the pages clear, engaging and easy to navigate.
